PriBalt Managing Partner privately joined international investor team, and PriBalt team provided investment transaction support. During the project, there has been created a unique solution – communication platform between the investor and creditors www.heddington.info. This project had 100+ creditors, this is why ordinary communication provision would have required huge administrative resources. Our teams’ new created tool provided project’s transparency and work efficiency. A relatively small team was able to effectively manage relationships with creditors. It is especially important that creditors, for the most part, were suppliers, with whom, parallel to old debt restructurization, we have established cooperation and common future plans. |
